Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns on unused and unopened fragrance products only.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all seals intact.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used fragrances are not eligible for return or refund.
- Any product that has been altered, damaged, or is missing original packaging will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
