Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns on unused and unopened fragrance products only.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all seals intact.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used fragrances are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Any product that has been altered, damaged, or is missing original packaging will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Images of the product
